Position: Senior Account Executive

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: Up to $130,000/year

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience in media, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Experience with television and digital sales is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift


Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies leveraging our client’s linear and digital product offerings, including television advertising, streaming, display, OTT, and social media campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand client portfolios, focusing on increasing market share and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional service, strategic advice, and creative marketing solutions tailored to their business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets by managing an active sales pipeline and delivering consistent sales performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including creative, production, and digital teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Forecast revenue and maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts in CRM systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategy and client recommendations.


Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including OTT, CTV, programmatic, and social media.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering ROI for clients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
