Location: Camas, WA (Portland Metro)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays/after-hours)

About the Role

A leading heavy equipment rental company is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, logistics, and team performance at a key regional hub managing a $9-11M fleet. This role involves leading a team of 17, including 6-8 mechanics, ensuring efficient dispatch, driving cultural improvements, and enforcing accountability.

What You Need

Must-Have: Experience managing large teams in mechanical/service industries, strong logistics/dispatching skills (DOT, equipment shipments), cost control expertise, and the ability to drive cultural change.

Preferred: Background in rental, equipment dealerships (John Deere, CAT, etc.), or construction.
