Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize workflows in HubSpot to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure timely and professional collection of balances due.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing insights to drive performance improvements.
- Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HubSpot (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing sensitive financial communications, including collecting balances due.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate a dynamic work environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive annual salary of $65,000 - $72,000 based on experience and qualifications. OTE $125,000
