A leading construction company in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its presence on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for affordable housing renovation projects nationwide.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including developers, investors, and government agencies in the LIHTC space.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing expertise in affordable housing renovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Preconstruction, Legal, Construction, and Finance—to drive project success.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and housing tax credit policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Hunter mentality!
- Ability to build and grow strong relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed. (Heavy travel)
