About the Role - The Inside Sales Representative candidate will be primarily responsible for inbound and outbound telephonic sales to existing clients and prospects. SCA seeks reliable, competitive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic candidates who have inside sales experience and want to play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth through targeted upselling initiatives and exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound telephonic sales to existing clients and prospects.
  • Building customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth through targeted upselling initiatives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.



Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.



Required Skills

  • Experience with sales CRM software is preferred.



Pay range and compensation package - Base salary of $45,000. Commission opportunities with the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually. Benefits included. Health, Dental, Vision, Life and ancillary benefit options, Paid Time Off
