We are seeking a Managing Director to drive client engagements, lead teams, and cultivate business opportunities . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, manage high-impact projects, and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Project Leadership
  • Lead and manage turnaround, restructuring, and financial advisory projects across diverse industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic solutions for financially and operationally distressed businesses.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights on financial and operational performance.
  • Guide transaction execution, including M&A advisory, due diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee litigation support projects, including damage analysis and expert testimony preparation.
  • Manage multiple engagements while ensuring exceptional client service and results.
Financial & Strategic Analysis
  • Conduct financial statement analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability assessments.
  • Build complex financial models using DCF, comparable company analysis, and other valuation methodologies.
  • Assess business viability, capital structures, and operational efficiencies to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and diligence.
  • Develop management presentations, confidential information memorandums, and investor materials.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through client relationships and industry networking.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and securing new mandates.
  • Represent MCA Financial Group at industry conferences, events, and professional organizations.
  • Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial restructuring, turnaround consulting, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Expertise in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and execute complex projects.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Track record of business development and revenue generation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
