WebMD Care Directories is the leading platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. We're seeking a Client Success Manager to lead and develop our team of eight Account Managers. This hybrid role requires just 1 day per week in-office and focuses on onboarding, client support, retention, and ensuring the customer voice drives product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate client feedback into product planning.
- Oversee KPIs, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and team career development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in client support or account management (healthcare or tech preferred).
- Strong skills in Salesforce, Google Suite, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
