a privately held alternative asset manager, PE and Credit fund with over $10 billion in AUM is looking for a senior investor relations professional.

RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE:

? Manage investor information and maintain meeting/investor briefs and call notes

? Formulate responses and complete ongoing LP inquiries.

o Compile timely and accurate client deliverables including DDQs, RFPs and various ad-hoc investor requests.

? Produce materials for LPs including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, performance updates

? In preparation for fundraising, assist in drafting fundraising materials including PPM, marketing presentation, due diligence questionnaires, etc.

? Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the internal BDCM team as well as existing and prospective LPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

? 4+ years of relevant experience.

? Self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and a pro-active approach to work.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
