ROLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (MISSION DRIVEN COMPANY & ROLE)

We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work environment that is positive, diverse, and amazing career development. We also promote from within and have had many promotions the last 12 months.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This is primarily an outbound prospecting role: Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Master the ability to tell the Dazos story and how we are a game changer for the various mental health organizations we support
  • Conduct research and list building to identify priority prospects
  • Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to develop the territory (generate opportunities, set appointments, and assist with followup)
  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
  • Hit & exceed monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 1-2 years sales-related experience
  • Positive attitude and mentality
  • Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated (hungry to grow)
  • Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
  • Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications
  • Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality
  • Motivated with career ambitions
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
  • Interest in the healthcare and the mental health space and/or in helping people
  • Experience with LinkedIn and email sequences a plus
