About the Role

We achieve this by working with healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities to understand their hiring needs and placing top talent in their facilities. An Account Executive is sales driven and has experience building a book of business and managing it. An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and metrics driven. This is an onsite position based out of Oldsmar, FL!


Responsibilities


  • Sell solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
  • Prospect clients and understand their staffing needs
  • Build a book of business through a series of cold calling and job posting
  • Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Use predetermined recruiting methods per client needs and qualify candidates against pre-existing checklists of standard requirements
  • Administer job postings and build candidate pipeline
  • Complete hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements
