Fuse Specialty Appliances, a wholesale/retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks an Account Manager for our new showroom located in Boca Raton. The account manager will have or gain a high degree of expertise in the premium appliance market while learning and executing on critical CRM behaviors including prospecting, follow-up and fulfillment. This is a commission based role, there is no cap on earnings.
Specific duties include:
- Meeting customers in showroom, in home/business, or on job-site to discuss and plan project requirements.
- Coordinating customer readiness to ensure product availability as well as just in time inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Updating CRM system as well as ERP with all relevant customer interaction data.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (Appliances sales experience is a plus)
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel locally
