Title: Payroll Analyst

Duration: 3-month Contract + potential extension and conversion

Location: Hybrid Onsite in Dublin – 51% onsite

Start: ASAP


Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience processing payroll within a manual environment
  • Strong payroll compliance understanding – understanding on how to stay abreast on payroll laws, etc.
  • Experience processing payroll for companies with 800+ employees
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data via excel using V-Lookups/Pivot Tables
  • Ability to step in, be proactive and lead projects as needed.

Day to Day:

The Payroll Analyst will oversee the organization’s payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, and in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. This role involves maintaining payroll records, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting payroll issues, preparing reports, and collaborate with HR and Finance departments to address discrepancies and improve payroll processes. This role exercises independent judgment on payroll-related matters with accountability and ongoing decision-making responsibilities associated with the work. They will review, approve and ensure accurate and timely semi-monthly payroll processing for 900+ employees, oversee the successful completion of current processing while also helping with process improvement to streamline the workflow while maintaining a high-level of accuracy in task-completion. They will audit payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions. This role will act as the SME for the Payroll function and provide guidance and support to the Payroll Specialist.
