The HR Support Center Representative involves heavily in handling employee inquiries, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field in the Hospital domain.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent follow-through to ensure tasks and inquiries are completed accurately and on time
- Reliable and consistent scheduling to support business needs.
- Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (Peoplesoft preferred)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for case management and workflow automation
- Knowledge of Workday for HR processes and employee data management
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the HR department, including phone handling, reception duties, applicant assistance with ATS, organizing and filing, conference room scheduling, and inventory management.
- Assist employees, managers, retirees, and external parties with HR-related inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, chat, and case management
- Maintain and document all cases in the case management system
- Support HR policies, processes, and programs while serving as a liaison between employees and HR teams
- They will serve as a liaison and resource with respect to Hospital policies and programs
- Perform general HR administrative duties, including answering calls, assisting applicants, managing conference room schedules, and maintaining supplies
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service levels are met
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to resolution
