Are you a smart, poised, and tech-savvy HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love optimizing HR systems, and have a keen eye for process improvement? If so, we want you on our team!

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred), ensuring seamless data management, optimizing processes, and supporting key HR initiatives. You'll be a problem-solver, a strategist, and a trusted partner in driving organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do :

?Oversee and optimize HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred), ensuring accurate data management and reporting.

?Implement system enhancements to improve workflows, automation, and efficiency.

?Lead HR analytics—tracking key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and recruiting trends.

?Partner with Benefits Administration to manage open enrollment and ensure benefits programs attract and retain top talent.

?Develop and deliver HR training programs, helping employees and managers navigate systems and processes.

?Stay up to date on HR trends and compliance to keep policies aligned with best practices.

?Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

?3-5 years of hands-on HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred).

?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

?Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits, and employment laws.

?Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

?A highly professional, service-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

?Strong technical proficiency in MS Office, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.

?Passion for improving HR processes and driving organizational success.

Location : Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Benefits : Excellent, fully paid benefits.
