JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Analyst for one of their premier clients in North Houston. This person will be backfilling one of their current employees on medical leave. He / She will be required to come onsite 4 days a week and can work remote 1 day a week. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of employee health and welfare programs, inclusive of flexible benefit programs, health benefits and 401k plan. This person needs to have heavy knowledge on Federal Rules and extensive experience with excel.

Location: Houston, TX, 77073

Duration: 2-month contract

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Start Date: ASAP

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Comprehensive knowledge of employee health and welfare programs, inclusive of flexible benefit programs, health benefits and 401k plan.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules governing COBRA, FSA, FMLA Tracking/Handling 401k plan disbursements.
• Knowledge of claims processing, payment functions and vendor management
• Capability to conduct quality research and conduct periodic audits of employee data, as it pertains to the company benefits offering
• Willingness to do data entry, as needed, with accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate benefits policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
