We at Coforge are hiring for a COE BPM Program Manager with the following skills:


Responsibilities:

  • We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate in the role of Business Analyst.
  • This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, Project Planning and tracking, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing and actively get involved in the resolution of the issues.
  • Participate and contribute to the relevant workshops (business and IT) which aims to clarify requirements and scope definition.
  • Appropriate walkthrough be carried out and ensure signoffs are secured to finalize the document Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Should be on the front foot and not have to be guided.
  • Documentation of current state of systems or processes linked to this project.
  • Carrying out the analysis required to iron-out or beef up the business requirements, this will require effective working relationship with associated system SME’s.
  • Participate in the applicable test phases ensuring that systems are tested thoroughly according to the business requirements and functional specification document Creation of applicable documentations (e.g. System documents) as and when applicable Support the Project Manager in completing the applicable Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
  • Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the business strategy.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories).
  • Experience in performing analysis using various tools, like excel, Word, PPT, Visios and present the same to relevant stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software’s like Jira, Confluence.
  • Need to be a good Team Leader with People Management & Problem-Solving skills Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written
