Axiamatic AI is a Greylock-backed startup led by experienced co-founders whose previous companies are now key offerings from Oracle, Cisco, and McAfee. Axiamatic AI’s GenAI agentic platform addresses the core issues that lead to ERP programs not delivering on time (75% of all ERP programs) or not delivering on budget (55% of all ERP programs with the average cost over-run being 66%). We’re looking for a driven individual to join as the Business Operations team.

Here is what you will do:

• Work directly with experienced co-founders and leadership team.
• Manage our company operating cadence.
• Lead strategic projects across sales, marketing, partnerships.
• Assist in analyzing business performance by gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources (CRM, financial reports, operational data, etc.).
• Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.

Demonstrated skills:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Ability to jump into new situations and quickly solve problems.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.

Highly desirable experiences:

• 1-2 years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other).
