Job Title: SAP Sales Hunter

Location: Edison, NJ

Duration: Fulltime


Birlasoft is looking for a seasoned Sales and Sales Management Professional with experience in SAP solution.

As the Sales Leader for SAP’s Consulting Business, you will be responsible for revenue bookings for all SAP Services for the Enterprise segment.


You will drive top of the line value business in a diverse mix of customers, ranging from Large to mid-sized Enterprises across multiple industry segments like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, Supply Chain, Consumer & Services Industries and more.


Role Expectations

  • Sales development across targeted industry segments and gaining entry and driving opportunities to closure
  • Independently drive net new revenue acquisition and acquiring new logo client


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and Deliver New Client Acquisitions and Revenue targets as defined
  • Create strategic plans to generate new opportunities and drive them to closure
  • Build relationships with key executives, and develop/pursue leads
  • Leverage deep connects in network and executive level relationships to introduce Birlasoft, and pursue selling opportunities
  • Drive sales opportunities and build networks to leverage SAP Services and knowledge and capabilities by positioning Birlasoft offerings


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of relevant Sales experience
  • High energy and self-sufficient, with a “hunter" mentality
  • Successful track record of selling SAP Services
  • Must have competencies in New Business Development
  • Significant business relationships and network
  • Experience working within Outsourcing industry.
  • Experience selling project-based solution services.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound understanding of competitive offerings, market, and industry insight.
  • Ability to travel extensively when needed to meet prospects
