Key Responsibilities - Employee Records Management: Keep our team's records impeccable, managing updates from onboarding to exit.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Time and Attendance: Partner with leadership to ensure all time-related records are accurate and comply with legal standards.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless integration of new hires into our community, ensuring all processes from background checks to orientation are flawless.
- Compliance: Regularly update your knowledge of employment laws and assist in preparations for HR audits to ensure full compliance.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Help develop and disseminate key HR policies, educating our team on these guidelines to foster a well-informed workplace.
- Payroll Support: Work closely with payroll to guarantee that every team member's payment is timely and correct.
- HR Reporting: Craft and analyze reports to provide actionable insights that help guide our HR strategies.
- General Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including employment verification and project support, ensuring efficient operations within the HR department.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with HRIS and MS Office, with Dayforce experience being a notable advantage.
