KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute innovative social media plans tailored to the needs of each platform and property, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Development: Collaborate across teams to create platform-specific content strategies that tell compelling stories and capture audience attention.
- Property Insights: Identify unique opportunities for each property and tailor content strategies to amplify awareness and engagement.
- Search-Driven Innovation: Leverage social media as a discovery tool by developing strategies that enhance property searchability and visibility.
- Goal-Setting & Analytics: Establish measurable goals for social media performance, track progress, and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
- Engaging Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality visual and written content that resonates with audiences, inspires interaction, and drives organic growth.
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant online community by encouraging user-generated content, engaging in conversations, and promoting advocacy.
- Reputation Management: Develop and implement strategies to handle social conversations, address feedback (both positive and negative), and protect brand reputation.
- Influencer Collaboration : Identify and partner with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to boost property awareness and audience reach.
- Content Creator Strategy: Assist in building and refining a content creator strategy to complement both organic and paid social campaigns.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven Expertise : 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, successfully developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Platform Proficiency : Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Content Excellence: A demonstrated ability to produce engaging, platform-optimized visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with creators, photographers, designers, and influencers to bring content strategies to life.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling software to streamline workflows and ensure optimal performance.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
