Senior Marketing Manager
Duration: 4-8 months (potential to extend)
Pay: $50-$60/hr
Hybrid to Seattle, WA 3x/week
I am working with a large e-commerce company and we are looking to hire Contract Marketing Managers to step into a variety of different roles within my client's company when marketers take extended leave of absences (each leave of absence can range from 4-8 months, depending on the type of leave). This function will make an impact across the org and will enable the right marketer to hone different skills and get broad exposure across my client's company company.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded general marketer, with experience across multiple disciplines including brand , channel , performance , content , executive engagement , events , training , and/or product marketing , who can provide both strategic and tactical support. The right candidate is excited to step into new spaces and solve hard problems across the business, navigating confidently through ambiguity.
Responsibilities
• Work in high-visibility roles to solve marketing and business needs.
• Dive deep and make an impact on various marketing programs with different managers, customers, goals, deliverables, and durations.
• Embrace ambiguity, independently charting a path forward, making judgement calls with imperfect information.
• Proficient in managing the content creation process (ideation, production, distribution) and ability to create compelling, customer obsessed marketing content (case studies, video, blog posts).
• Build strong, cross functional relationships with insights, sales, product, other marketing functions, PR, and legal.
Basic qualifications
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
