Who is this Opportunity for?
You are dynamic, hungry and looking to join a startup. As a founding growth hire you will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, and closing. You are comfortable taking ownership of strategy, sales execution and talking to C suite. You are a self starter with charm, charisma, and even a little something to prove.
About You:
- You have either... 2 years of experience in management consulting
- or 2+ years of experience in sales or growth at a fast-growing startup
- or 2+ years of experience in venture capital or banking
- Based in NYC
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Social gravity
- Energetic phone presence
- Proven track record of driving sales and closing revenue
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Would enjoy trying to sell ice to an eskimo
- Charismatic, dynamic, hungry
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and adapts to changing circumstances
- Resourcefulness
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation strategy for a fast growing B2B startup
- Design, execute and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end
- Solve complex business problems and build sales and growth processes
- Solve complex business problems and build process for go-to-market needs
- Work directly with CEO and Co-founders to scale business verticals
- Host dinners, networking events, and manage affiliates to help grow business and
- revenue
- Exude confidence and ambition
- Learn pain points clients face to position With Coverage as the solution
- Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
