Title : Project Manager | Level II

Location : Hartford, CT (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

Duration: 6 months assignment with possible conversion

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team in Hartford, CT. In this hybrid role, you'll play a crucial role in managing the successful execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of campaign execution, from initiation to completion.
• Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, marketing, sales) to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management within the marketing or advertising industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social media, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront).

Preferred Skills:

• CSM (Scrum Certification) preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
