Role Description

The Investor Relations executive will serve as a key liaison between Rhine Legacy Capital and its investor base, ensuring clear and compelling communication of financial performance, fund strategies, and market positioning. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong investor relationships, facilitating capital raises, and ensuring compliance with reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and strategy.
• Prepare and distribute investor reports, presentations, and market insights.
• Organize investor meetings, calls, and events to facilitate engagement and transparency.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support investor communications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in Investor Relations, Real Estate Finance, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Proficiency in financial reporting and investor communications is essential.
