- This is a permanent (employed) part-time remote role for a Search Marketing Specialist.
- We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads paid search campaigns.
- We estimate the hours for this role to be around 25-30 hours per week, with room to grow for the right candidate.
- The Search Marketing Specialist conducts keyword research, creates and optimizes Google Ads search campaigns, analyzes website analytics, performs assigned search engine optimization tasks for client websites, and creates client reports with reporting software.
- The Search Marketing Specialist works closely with a dedicated team to ensure that Google Ads campaigns and SEO services meet client goals and objectives.

- Experience working with paid Google Ads budgets in the $500-$2,500 per month range
- Knowledge of keyword research
- Proficiency in web analytics
- Create and optimize Google Ads search campaigns
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve Google Ads campaigns
- Prior digital marketing agency experience is a plus
- Prior experience in digital marketing for healthcare is a plus
- Willingness to learn about the in-home care industry
- A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or other fields is a plus
