Job Description

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Lead to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD . This is an onsite position.

The DCO Lead will serve as a technical lead for those contractor personnel performing DCO

support functions and DODIN operations support functions including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, determining, and recommending necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated changes to the DODIN.

  • Testing and documenting results for newly developed capabilities based on USCYBERCOM requirements.

  • Developing, integrating, and maintaining operational TTPs, SOPs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs)

  • Identifying, analyzing, and developing mitigation or remediation actions for system and network vulnerabilities.

  • Developing and accessing current DODIN plans and policies to include emerging technologies.

  • Synchronizing and prioritizing capability requirements and new tactical uses of existing capabilities

  • Identifying shortfall and capability gaps on DOD policy and guidance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Ten (10+) years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or a related functional area

  • Minimum of High School Diploma

  • Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum of three years of experience managing teams in a cyberspace environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing DCO, cyberspace defense, Cyber Network Defense (CND),

  • cybersecurity, and/or Information Assurance (IA).

  • Experience working program activities in compliance with quality assurance activities.

  • Experience working risk identification, management, and mitigation.

  • Experience leading teams in a multi-agency, multi stakeholder environment.

Clearance Requirements:

  • The ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly is required prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
