National General Contractor specializing in Restaurant and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects is hiring a Construction Superintendent with experience in Retail or Restaurant/QSR construction to manage projects across Texas.

ROLE:

• Oversee ground-up and renovation projects for restaurants and QSRs
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, and site logistics
• Provide regular updates to clients and project managers
• Resolve on-site issues and complete daily reports

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in restaurant/QSR construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas

PAY: $95,000-$150,000 base salary with benefits:
