Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite installation of complex equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order.
• Conduct on-site preventative maintenance and provide necessary repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on equipment in the field.
• Communicate with clients about the nature of the problem and the repairs carried out.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel 80%.
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, or electronics degree, or military experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding situations.
