Job Details Summary of Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
- Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment.
- Support in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
