Job Description
  1. Must have experience specifically in commercial banking (4+ years for relationship manager 2, 6+ years for relationship manager 3)
  2. Relationship Managers must have built their own client portfolio and managed it beginning to end
  3. Clients within their portfolio need to be in the C&I space (commercial and industrial), clients will be larger commercial entities
  4. For both Relationship manager roles, they need to be managing an upwards of $1 million in revenue.
  5. Business Banker will be working with mom-and-pop shop loans or small commercial business with a revenue UNDER $1million in revenue
  6. VERY IMPORTANT---they all need to have formal credit training,
