Job Title: Chief of Staff for Elite Change Inc. (Multi-state, Multi-client Public and Government Affairs Firm)

Role Overview:
The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure the efficient functioning and operational effectiveness of Elite Change Inc. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic acumen, and the ability to navigate complex political landscapes. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic tasks to support the CEO's objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic goals and initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, providing regular updates and recommendations to the CEO.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and develop long-term strategic plans.
2. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, government officials, industry associations, and community leaders.
- Prepare high-quality written materials, including executive communications, presentations, reports, and briefings.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of the CEO.
3. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within all departments.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
4. Client and Government Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, advocacy groups, and government officials.
- Support client engagement efforts, working closely with account teams to deliver strategic solutions and optimize client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of evolving political and regulatory landscapes, informing the CEO of relevant trends and opportunities.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Mentor and support staff, identifying professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Uphold an organizational culture that promotes excellence, integrity, and a commitment to achieving client goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in a senior-level or executive role within a public and government affairs firm, consultancy, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of government and regulatory processes, as well as public policy frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
