About the Role

The ideal Financial Advisor will develop strong client relationships and deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions via eMoney, to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. They should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information.


Responsibilities

  • Place financial planning and protection (insurance) products with the opportunity to sell products related to asset and investment management
  • Maintain a continuous networking and marketing effort by promoting your services and building your professional network through marketing, social media, and other outreach efforts.
  • Compound network growth through new business development strategies using outreach campaigns, referrals, and industry events
  • Complete licensing for advanced market planning


Required Skills

  • SIE, Series 6 or 7 and/or 63,65, or 66 and Life/Health licenses
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the holistic financial planning using e-money
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Deep interest in building advisory plans for your clients
  • Interest in becoming a financial planner, and even more, a fee-based financial planner (to be discussed)
  • Genuine interest in how life insurance, wealth management and annuities can be used as a retirement vehicle
  • You are analytical, driven, and possess the grit needed to be successful in a sales role


Preferred Skills

  • Special needs planning, business solutions and retirement planning experience, education planning
  • Experience working with 401(k) plans, pension plans, profit sharing plans, or non-retirement means such as non-qualified deferred compensation agreements
  • Advanced market planning experience i.e., premium financing, business succession planning, trusts, wills, estate planning
  • Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, and family offices
  • Interest in building a team and/or mentoring others
  • Industry certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Series 6, 66, 7 and 24.
  • Understands and can sell Infinite banking concepts
  • Construct net worth statements, determining asset allocations, define spending & legacy goals, evaluate Wealth Sustainability, analyze wealth transfer structure
  • Utilizing tax alpha strategies and tax efficiency planning, risk factor analysis
  • Develop a fee-based planning strategy and close customers on fee-based planning
  • Experience working with 401(k) plans, pension plans, profit sharing plans, or non-retirement means such as non-qualified deferred compensation agreements
