As the largest chemicals supplier to the automotive industry, will establish a separate mobile emissions catalyst, automotive catalysts recycling, and associated precious metal services entity. The new standalone structure will operate globally and comprise of approximately 20 production sites and over 4,000 employees.
As a Trade Control Specialist, you create chemistry by...
•Processing all export and import orders relevant to Trade Control issues. This includes the complete license management for orders of the business units and ensuring compliance with the legal regulations by applying for permits and processing the orders in the respective IT-system (e.g. SAP-GTS).
•Coordinating and obtaining relevant documents (e.g. end-use declarations, customer plausibility checks) for authority applications.
•Preparing & communicating import/export order status summaries for ECMS Leadership on a periodic and as-needed basis.
•Acting as interface between business units and authorities; consultancy on licenses.
•Creating documentation of the trade control program, procedures and work instructions.
