Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Today's Home Mortgage in Lake Forest, CA. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for mortgage industry tasks such as loan processing, preunderwriting, and managing a 30-50 loan pipeline on a day to day basis. The ability to work in multiple lender portals is a plus.

• Loan Processing and Underwriting expertise
• Experience in managing loans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of loan programs and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certification or training in mortgage processing
• Experience with Brokering and Banking prefered
