Job Title: Payroll Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing for 3,000 employees.

Responsibilities include managing payments, deductions, payroll taxes, garnishments, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance. You will prepare reports, establish payroll procedures, and liaise with the payroll service provider. Additionally, you will maintain the payroll system, coordinate retirement reporting, ensure compliance with employment laws, and administer departmental policies. Leading and directing staff, including hiring and performance management, is also part of the role.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• 1+ years management experience
• MS Office Suite experience
• ADP or other HRIS systems experience
• Strong knowledge of Federal Payroll Laws and Regulations
• High School diploma or GED
