Finance Director

A company based in Fort Washington, PA is looking for a Finance Director to oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in cash flow analysis and a proven ability to present financial data to senior leadership. This position requires three days a week onsite, with two days working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Present financial results to senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations on performance.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of budgeting and forecasting systems within the company.
• Manage the entire budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Work closely with department heads to evaluate financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide senior management with strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasts.
• Guide and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience in management and team leadership
