The Happ Inn, a Neighborhood staple in Chicago’s Northshore area, is now looking to add to our team! As part of The Good Plate Hospitality Group & with the support of being an established part of the Northfield community for 16 years, the Happ Inn is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Floor Manager to work alongside our team in an exciting effort to grow to new heights in the new year. We are looking for positive, professional, energetic experts in their craft. This position will be a Hybrid role, with part of the day dedicated to promoting Inside Sales and Events and the other part of the day spent supporting the Management team with Floor Manager expectations. These dual roles will offer an exciting opportunity to both focus on promoting the Restaurant & it's Private Event Spaces and also participating in standard Floor Management processes while meeting Quarterly & Annual goals for both spaces.
