Russell Tobin is currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join an environmental consulting firm in the Columbus, OH area.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide design expertise, manage projects from concept to delivery, and will have a civil engineering background that includes local and state permitting, and stormwater design along with experience leading projects that involve earthwork.

Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• Cultivate and expand client relationships
• Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors
• Develop project strategy, scope of work, risk evaluation, and budget
• Supervise internal teams and subcontractors
• Interact with regulatory agencies and prepare construction plans
• Perform technical engineering work related to land/site development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 7-10 years of civil-site engineering experience
• Ohio P.E. preferred
• Strong client relationship skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations
• Project management experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
