What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  1. Orchestrating the Site:
  2. You’ll be the go-to leader on the job site, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent progress. Subcontractors, vendors, and crew members will look to you for direction.
  3. Problem-Solving Under Pressure:
  4. Every project has its surprises. Whether it’s a design hiccup or an unexpected delay, you’ll address it with confidence and efficiency to keep things on track.
  5. Setting the Standard:
  6. With medical facilities, there’s no room for error. From infection control requirements to precise infrastructure, you’ll make sure the work is flawless.
  7. Staying Safe and Compliant:
  8. Safety is non-negotiable. You’ll create and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring the project adheres to OSHA standards and other regulations.

The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • You’ve successfully led large commercial or healthcare construction projects, ideally in the $20M+ range.
  • You understand the technical nuances of healthcare builds, from life safety codes to complex mechanical systems.
  • You’re comfortable with construction software and can easily read and interpret plans and specifications.
