The Role

Join our team as an Estimator, where you'll:

• Develop estimates for complex infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, airports).
• Analyze contract proposals and create detailed cost estimates using project cost software.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure competitive bidding and post-bid negotiations.
• Manage estimates for high-profile projects exceeding $100M.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of estimating experience with 5+ in heavy civil projects.
• Proven track record on large projects ($100M+).
• Strong communication skills for working with owners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Experience with design/build and CMAR methods is a plus.
