Chief Credit Officer (CCO) – Growing Commercial Lending Organization

Our client, a rapidly growing commercial lending organization, is seeking a Chief Credit Officer (CCO) to lead their credit operations and oversee high-volume commercial lending deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to take on a senior role and drive strategic growth.

Title: Chief Credit Officer (CCO)

Compensation: $180K+

Location: Westlake, OH (On-site)

Key Qualifications:

• Proven approval authority experience in commercial lending or similar roles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing Credit Analysts.
• Ability to handle high deal volume ($500K–$2M) and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of financial due diligence and credit assessments.
