Marketing Events Associate - Financial Services

A Boston based asset management firm is seeking to add to their robust team.

Roadshows, conferences, webinars and sponsorships are strategic pillar for the firms marketing program to drive prospect, client and firm brand awareness and lead generation.

The Associate is responsible working with Senior Executives, investment management partners, vendors, and the distribution channel to coordinate event planning, roadshows, webinars conferences etc.

• Coordinate with event venues on all logistics, develop and distribute invites, manage registration pages, pre and post event emails, organize virtual events on Zoom
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver regional events, and sponsorships within territories.

2+ years of experience within events, roadshows within an Financial institution, broker-dealer

15% travel
