Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Hands-on involvement and training with operators/inspectors as well as a professional competency and ability to communicate and negotiate with customers.
• 3+ years working with Plastic Injection Molding
• IATF certification
• 5+ years in an automotive or aviation manufacturing environment
