PAY RATE: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field- Associates and applicable experience may equivalate
• Minimum of 4 solid years of experience

• Application software experience
• Experience with SAP
• SQL Experience
• Flexibility is key; daily tasks may shift based on production schedules and urgent quality issues.

Summary:

Our client in the Wichita Falls TX area is seeking a talented Quality Engineer. The quality engineer, will work on a team of four other quality engineers in the large manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering principles, experience with quality control processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

• Quality Assurance & Control:
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and reliability.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management, highlighting quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
