Construction Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

• Manage every phase of construction projects, from the initial bid to final closeout, with full accountability for safety, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Direct a team collaborating with subcontractors, construction superintendents, and other project team members to deliver to the construction specifications and due dates.
• Oversee pre-bid activities, coordinate bid proposals, and manage documentation, permits, and pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure efficient progress through daily schedule monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to quality standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Construction Project Manager/Estimator Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management or a related field
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, specification review, and cost coding (familiarity with CSI format is a plus)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Albany NY
