Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage ground-up construction projects, both commercial and residential, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across all phases, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and oversee procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in ground-up construction for both commercial and residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design-build projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
