Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Office Manager at Tulsa OB/GYN Associates, Inc. located in Tulsa, OK. The Medical Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling patient schedules, and ensuring efficient office functioning, billing and financials.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Office, Communication, and Customer Service
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus
- Billing and Revenue cycle and book keeping skills required
- Manage staff HR including payroll
