The Role:


We are looking for a data-driven growth generalist with early-stage startup experience. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in product-led marketing, with experience helping define high-level growth strategies. This role will report directly to the company founders, while working closely with a creative and brand-focused leader.


This role is part classic product marketing and part start-up growth generalist with a requirement for a demonstrated history of data-driven growth execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the development and execution of data-driven growth experiments across channels
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution around product and feature launches
  • Design and optimize user journeys (from sign-up to conversion) to optimize for activation, retention and conversion
  • Design and optimize user journeys around converting individuals to Team and Enterprise deals
  • Help define and design pricing strategies
  • Manage company CRM (HubSpot)
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track and communicate performance metrics.


Must Haves:


  • Experience in growth-focused roles at early-stage startups
  • Hands-on experience owning marketing strategy/execution of product launches
  • Hands-on experience with growth tactics like A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation
  • Experience with email marketing and building user journeys
  • Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMRush)
  • Experience in growth/marketing roles at both B2C and B2B tech companies


Nice to Haves:


  • SEO expertise
  • Product management experience
  • Subscription pricing/packaging experience

Compensation:


  • $150-$220k cash
