Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 2 years of recent Mammography tech experience).
• Skills checklist
• ARRT (R) (M)
• BLS (must be from AHA).
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot.
• EPIC experience
• Active NY license
