A well-established and rapidly growing senior living management company, overseeing a portfolio of 125+ communities across multiple states in the Southeast, is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and drive excellence across all aspects of our business.

About the Role: The COO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and services. • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring accountability for financial targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery and community management.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of executive leadership in senior living, healthcare, or a related service industry.
  • Extensive experience managing multi-site operations, preferably with portfolios of 100+ locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Deep understanding of multi-state compliance and regulations, with a preferred emphasis on North Carolina assisted living/memory care (AL/MC) compliance under Adult Care Home Licensure.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team building and employee development.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to residents.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
  • A collaborative and supportive executive team dedicated to operational excellence and growth.
  • This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization poised for continued growth and success. If you are an innovative leader ready to take on a high-impact role, we invite you to explore this opportunity further.
